We’re a family run pest control business with headquarters in Whitchurch (Shropshire), and technicians across Shropshire, North Wales and the North West of England. Our team members are BPCA certified and consist of pest control technicians and field biologists.

How quickly can you attend?

We offer 24–48 hour response, and in many cases we can provide same-day callouts, depending on the area and type of pest. If you need urgent help, call us and we’ll try to prioritise your job.

How much does pest control cost?

Pricing depends on the pest, the severity of the infestation, and the location. We always provide a free quote upfront and offer fixed prices wherever possible, with no hidden fees.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Shropshire, North Wales and the North West, including Whitchurch, Shrewsbury, Telford, Wrexham, Chester, Crewe, Oswestry and surrounding areas.

Are your treatments safe for children and pets?

Yes. All our treatments are safe, industry-approved and carried out by BPCA-qualified technicians. Of course there are associated risks but we take extra care to protect children, pets, and vulnerable individuals. We’ll let you know if any temporary precautions are needed.

Do I need to leave my house during treatment?

In most cases, no. For some treatments (like fleas, bedbugs or cluster flies), we may advise leaving the property for 2–4 hours while products dry. We’ll explain everything beforehand.

How long does a treatment take to work?

This depends on the pest.
Wasps – instantly
Rodents – 7–14 days
Ants & crawling insects – 1–3 days
Bedbugs – usually 2–3 visits
We will always explain what to expect during the process.

Do you provide commercial pest control services?

Yes. We work with restaurants, farms, warehouses, offices, landlords, schools and more. We create tailored contracts that include routine visits, proofing, monitoring and audited reports.

Can pests return after treatment?

Unfortunately, sometimes yes. If an entry point remains open or the original source hasn’t been identified, rodents or insects may come back. Where needed, we’ll provide proofing advice or offer a proofing service to help stop repeat issues.
